Paolo is a very friendly host who always responded immediately in English. On site, he preferred French. His tips for restaurants and shopping were very helpful. In general, the area around the flat is great. Only a few minutes to both the Ca'Rezzonico and Zattere Vaporetto stops, so always the best connection. In the neighbourhood there are restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and much more. The flat seemed larger to us than in the pictures: large bedroom. Kitchen with seating area and in between another room with table and chairs. A small terrace allows you to have breakfast outside. The building is old - which should come as no surprise in Venice - but the flat was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, we would come back another time.

Organisation und Kommunikation im Vorfeld waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung, zentral aber sehr ruhig in Dorsoduro gelegen, bietet viel Komfort. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Haben alles sehr sauber und freundlich angetroffen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was a really nice House with a lot of history the owners share with their guests. All was fine and clean with a good kitchen. Only the wifi is a little bit hard to house inside the house, because the signal is only good for using in the living room.

Wonderful old Palazzo, Great flat with a lot of Space. Save parking in the backyard. Unfortunately Loud music from the bar nearby on friday Night. We had to sleep with closed Windows. Perfect Location in the old town Center directly to the River Brenta.

We had a week full of nice Events around Venice and Always a good Help, If needed.
