Our stay at this beautiful house in Croatia was nothing short of perfect. We traveled with several young families, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, whose kindness and responsiveness were exceptional. Any request we had was met within 5-10 seconds, and he provided everything we needed, often going above and beyond. The hospitality extended to complimentary drinks, cocktails, and coffee, available in abundance throughout our stayThe house itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, showcasing a level of detail that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, eliminating the need to bring anything from home. Every aspect of the accommodation was thoughtfully prepared to ensure our comfort and convenienceThe location was breathtaking, offering stunning views of the sea. We were fortunate to enjoy beautiful 16C weather with sunshine during our New Year’s stay, which made the experience even more magical. The outdoor area was equally impressive, providing a serene setting for relaxation and play for the childrenA highlight of our stay was the flexibility and generosity of the host, who allowed us to check in early upon our arrival. Schön und komfortabel

This is a great place to stay and explore split. You are just a 5 min walk away from the city center, so you are not bothered by the crowds, but close enough to experience the city. Super nice and clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and very nice interior design.

Wir wurden mit kalten Getränken und selbst gebackenen Keksen empfangen! Die Gastgeberin hatte bereits für uns eingekauft. Wir fühlten uns stets gut betreut! Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir hatten bisher noch nie eine so gute Villa in Kroatien! Dieses Angebot ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, die große Terrasse - traumhaft! Alles, was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt- direkt in der Altstadt. Der Gastgeber Baldo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank liebe Thea und Baldo!

sehr freundliche Vermieter , optimale Lage , sehr sauber und ruhig - 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer , Balkon und Garten - besser gehts kaum :)

The villa from marina is just amazing for a trip with a big group of friends or even a small class of 15 people. They have everything essential: 4 bathrooms, towels, toilet paper and in the kitchen there's also everything you need. Just a few steps from the door theres a little super market, and in general the house is in the very heart of the citycenter which is just amazing for a class trip. Marina and her friend Mila were very nice, they gave us any information we needed and even cleaned the house when we were outside having fun. Everything was comfortable and the service was very good. We all had sucsh a good time we would have loved to stay two more weeks in split! Thank you very much Marina! If we ever come back its your house where we are going to stay again!
