Thanks for the great stay. The view is breathtaking, a big private garden with a lemon blossom smell and different singing birds, due to the green area in the neighborhood. Not beside the main street, so it was quite calm, especially at night. A bus stop is directly below this private house park. Parking is easily approachable for Amalfi-coast conditions and generously sized even for an Octavia Combi and it is as close as possible to the apartment. And yes there is an inclination up the hill and yes there are at least stairs to be taken to reach the house (approx.like 3rd floor) Great views are usually from above. Don't go there nor to the Amalfi coast or Naples if you cannot handle hills, mountains or lots of stairs. But these here are well built and nothing adventurous. At check-in the contact person insists to help with the luggage.English is enough. It seems that neighbors rent to international guests too. It has all main features, I could have missed during the trip.

Die Lage der Villa ist einmalig! Schöner und ruhiger kann man auf Capri kaum wohnen. Auch wenn der Anstieg von der Piazetta etwas anstrengend ist für Gäste jenseits der Siebzig und der Eingang der Villa im Dunklen nicht leicht zu finden ist. Giorgio war aber dabei extrem hilfsbereit. Sehr nettes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick über den Golf von Neapel und auf den Vesuv. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die engagierte, persönliche Betreuung durch die Eigentümerfamilie, in unserem Fall durch Guiseppe, den Bruder der Eigentümerin. Er spricht perfekt Deutsch und Englisch und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Guiseppe gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps, von Ausflügen bis hin zu Restaurants und hat bei Fragen sofort zum Telefon gegriffen, um alles nötige für uns zu organisieren. Auch sehr positiv: im Appartement liegt eine dicke Mappe auf, die alle aktuellen Infos zur Umgebung enthält (umfassende Bus- und Fährpläne, Ausflugstipps, Restaurantempfehlungen, etc.). Fazit: ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr familiären Ambiente. Das Appartement ist ein super Stützpunkt für Ausflüge and die Amalfiküste, nach Capri oder zum Vesuv/nach Pompeij.
