THE FLAT BAY ist eine schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi (einem beliebten Touristenstadt auf der Halbinsel von Sorrent) und genießt einen herrlichen Blick über den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines eleganten Gebäudes, in einem ruhigen Park umschlossen und sicher, ca. 50 m vom Zentrum von Sant'Agata. Es verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze für ein Auto auf dem Grundstück. Bei etwa 20 Metern entfernt gibt es auch einen bequemen städtischen Parkplatz.

FLAT BAY weist die innere Oberfläche von 105 m2 und kann bis zu 7 Personen Platz bieten. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern Doppeldoppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, Küche, 2 Bäder, Terrasse mit Meerblick und Gartenmöbel und andere Balkone.

Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2017 renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und fertig mit edlen Materialien und Gegenständen. Sehr gemütlich und mit allem Komfort (Plasma-TV, Wi-Fi, Heizung, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, voll ausgestattete Küche) ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer im Haus verfügt über einen Balkon, eine Terrasse oder Fenster, ermöglicht dies das Haus immer frisch, luftig und hell zu halten.

Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum von Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, wo Sie alle Arten von Geschäften, Supermärkten viele Bars und Restaurants, Banken, Bushaltestelle für Busse nach Sorrent, Positano und Amalfi finden.
Der Aufenthalt in diesem freundlichen, entspannten Hause, werden Sie für Ausflüge in der Nähe von Sorrento in einer strategischen Position sein (6 km - ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto), Capri (Verpflegung 6 km), Pompei (30 km), Positano (12 km), Amalfi (27 km), Neapel (58 km) und die Dörfer von Massa Lubrense (6 km).
Massa Lubrense ist eine natürliche Oase mit einem dichten Netz von Pfaden, die Liebhaber des Trekking ermöglicht unter alten Bauernhöfen, archäologische Stätten, Türme, Mittelmeer und einen atemberaubenden Blick in die entlegensten Winkel des Landes zu erreichen.
Für die Liebhaber der Entspannung der nächste Strand in der Sonne, leicht mit dem Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ist Marina del Cantone bei etwa 7 km.

Die Flora Familie wird den Gästen während ihres Aufenthalts zur Verfügung.

Äußerst gelungener Aufenthalt!

Sehr nettes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick über den Golf von Neapel und auf den Vesuv. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die engagierte, persönliche Betreuung durch die Eigentümerfamilie, in unserem Fall durch Guiseppe, den Bruder der Eigentümerin. Er spricht perfekt Deutsch und Englisch und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Guiseppe gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps, von Ausflügen bis hin zu Restaurants und hat bei Fragen sofort zum Telefon gegriffen, um alles nötige für uns zu organisieren. Auch sehr positiv: im Appartement liegt eine dicke Mappe auf, die alle aktuellen Infos zur Umgebung enthält (umfassende Bus- und Fährpläne, Ausflugstipps, Restaurantempfehlungen, etc.). Fazit: ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr familiären Ambiente. Das Appartement ist ein super Stützpunkt für Ausflüge and die Amalfiküste, nach Capri oder zum Vesuv/nach Pompeij.

I stayed at this location with 2 sisters. The apartment was large and spacious. We were happy to have a bedroom to ourselves. Everything we needed including restaurants, shops and groceries were nearby. Giuseppe was an excellent host full of recommendations. We appreciated the drives to our tour destinations as well. I would stay there again.

Beautiful and Scenic Seaside Apartment

Our host Giuseppe was fantastic very welcoming and helped us navigate Sorrento. The apartment was beautiful and clean and very accommodating for a family of five would highly recommend it. The location was close to the center of Sant’Agata and close to local restaurants and super market. Overall very happy with our experience.

The condo was beautiful. 3 bedrooms - one for each of us Very comfortable living area but the best part was the balcony and the view. You could see Mt Vesuvius from the balcony and the gulf of Naples. The small town was close with many wonderful markets and a great cafe with pastries and gelato. I highly recommend the rental.

Wonderful stay and hosts

What a wonderful stay. Flora and Guiseppe were in constant communication and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Wonderful hosts! The apartment is spacious and lovely with outstanding views. Plenty of room for our party of four. Close to town and shops. We would love to return. I would highly recommend Flora’s home to anyone traveling to the Amalfi Coast.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean and the mountains including Mount Vesuvius. The place was clean and well equipped. The bed in the primary was a little to hard for my liking but that's a personal opinion. Giuseppe (owners brother) who was our contact while there was fantastic! He made the whole process so easy and he went above and beyond! He gave us suggestions, made reservations for us and was just so helpful and kind. Sant'Agata is a beautiful and quaint little town and everything is within walking distance and the restaurants were very good. Also had the best Ricotta and Pear ice cream in the area. Would definitely return to stay there again.

Sant'Agata apartment

Lovely apartment with a great view over the bay from the balcony. We were unsure about staying out of Sorrento but there are plenty of buses in different directions and it's a pleasant walk into Sorrento (downhill!) on a nice day. Sant'Agata is an interesting little town with plenty of little shops. Guiseppe was very welcoming and came to meet us when we were unsure of where we were on arrival. Highly recommended and probably even better to stay in the warmer weather.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It had everything we needed for entertaining our friends and family and the size was perfect. The view from the apartment was so beautiful. The location was perfect- very close to the bus stop which took us into Sorrennto where we could meet up with tours as well as just enjoying the town. San't Agata is a charming town itself with shops, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Last but certainly not least was our property manager Giuseppe who couldn't have been more helpful. He was our driver for all the trips back and forth to the Naples train station or airport and cheaper than the hired drivers. He was full of information upon our arrival. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

Great location and view. Hosts had wonderful recommendations for boat tour to Capri and super at arranging a driver for a tour of the Amalfi coast. Very responsive to all inquiries. Only downside was the tricky lock on the building door.

Great location with a beautiful view over the Bay of Naples

The balcony on one side of the 2nd floor apartment overlooks Mt Vesuvius in the distance with mountain (Montechiaro) and sea(Vico Equense) in the foreground. A second balcony faces Sant Agata town but is a reasonable distance away. A great place to stay especially if you are travelling by car (1 secure parking space with the booking). The booking is hosted by the Manna family who are all super hosts. Sant Agata is a thriving but small town, with all facilities, ideal for journeys to Sorrento, andAmalfi Coast /Capri

Wonderful terrace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is well situated in a small mountain town. Two minute walk to restaurants (best lasagna ever at Mimi’s), bars, grocery. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace each morning with a view of Mt Vesuvius and the sea. There is wonderful hiking in the area. Our host was great! We even hired him to drive us to Naples for our return flight. He was very quick to respond to any inquiry and welcomed feedback. We took a boat to visit Positano and Amalfi and after were so happy to return to this flat as those cities were crawling with tourists! This was a perfect stay four our final week in Italy. Thank you Giuseppe and Flora.

Great Views

The property was very clean and had great views of the sea and Volcano. The parking is tight as you have to parallel most of the time between 2 cars and tight space. Takes some practice for us from the US. There is a lil store right across the street and restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. The restaurant they suggested was very good. Giuseppe even made the reservations for us. He and his sister very nice and in constant communication if you need anything. It was a short (20 min) drive to Sorrento and Beach area. Thanks for a great experience!

Fantastic view apartment in great town

This was a great apartment for our family's stay in the Sorrento peninsula. There is a wonderful view of the Bay of Naples from the balcony, master bedroom, and living room. The kitchen is small but well-appointed, and the furnishings are a nice blend of modern and traditional. It was very clean and we had everything we needed - beds are super comfortable. Guiseppe and Flora were very responsive and helped us out with information about the area, hiking, and restaurants. We had a fantastic hike along the ridge overlooking both of the Bays, and could have had a couple more days of hiking just in that area alone. The town is cute, and much quieter and more pleasant than Sorrento, with great restaurants and everything you need. Our one regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We highly recommend this apartment, and we will be back for a longer stay next time.

Great stay!

The apartment was fantastic! We had rented a car, so we were able to drive everywhere. There was one parking spot included. Communication with Flora and Giuseppe was easy, and they were quite helpful with all of our questions. Giuseppe gave us good restaurant recommendations, and even called one to make a reservation for us, since we were a party of six. Everything about the apartment was exactly as explained in the listing, and the pictures were spot on. I would definitely stay there again. The trip was wonderful.

Well equipped with stunning views over the Bay of Napoli towards Vesuvius from the main balcony (one of three), the apartment is peaceful but very convenient for the centre of Sant'Agata (less than 200m) with a good selection of bar restaurants. Off road parking. Giuseppe was incredibly helpful and I would strongly recommend his suggestions for a boat trip to Capri and do everything by minibus to escape the crowds. In all a fantastic stay, thanks so much!

An absolutely lovely apartment with amazing and beautiful views of Vesuvius, comfortable (and cool!) accommodations, very nice and responsive owners and a very helpful property manager who helped us book tours, etc. We would definitely stay again!

June 22 family vacation

This was an amazing apartment. The view from the balcony was incredible. It was great to wake up and enjoy our morning coffee while relaxing on the balcony (the night views were even more stunning with the lights across the sea). The location was ideal with a secure parking space, excellent restaurants within walking distance, and front door pickup available for so many excursions. Thanks to Giuseppe for providing suggestions and making the arrangements for us. This made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The apartment is a great location to explore sorrento, amalfi, capri, and positano and many more.
