We stood at Wildflower Cottage for only one week but we loved the beautiful old house with the great view over the meadows and the Annapolis River so much. The cottage with the lovely and charming interior left nothing to be desired. Especially we loved the closer area: the dykes, the meadows and the ponds with all the flowers, the different birds (we haven´t seen hummingbirds and cedar waxwings before), the muscrats and beavers, the White-Tailed deers and the historical town of Annapolis Royal too. Wildflower Cottage is the perfect home after long days of exploring the gorgeous coasts along the Bay of Fundy and the wilderness of nearby Kejimkujik National Park.
If ever there is a chance to be back at Nova Scotia we´re sure we will stay at Wildflower Cottage again!
