Strath: Ferienunterkünfte in Strandnähe

We really enjoyed our time we spend in this cozy and stylish cottage on the shores of Sleat/Isle of Skye. The house is very modern and fitted with everything you might wish for, when spending some calm days in these beautiful surroundings.. everything is very clean and orderly arranged. However. What we didn’t like where the check-in and check-out times….The check-in was too late (16h) and the checkout time was too early (10h) to enjoy the whole day over there. That definitely should be changed in favour of future customers. all in all we strongly recommend this place.

Gepflegter Garten, herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer, gemütliches, kleines Cottage, 2 Minuten zum einsamen steinigen Strand, super ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Was braucht man mehr für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Alison, die sich gleich um alles gekümmert hat. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Im großen Haus mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern haben wir alle viel Platz gehabt und uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick durch die großen Fenster ist toll. Die Ausstattung aller Räume ist modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

A very cosy home at the sea. A great view to the Isle of Skye - forever changing with the weather. We much enjoyed the Glenelg Ferry, watched sea otters and seals, got friendly with some of the sheep, did some hiking in the neighborhood and on the Isle... It's a great place to be!

Das mit Abstand schönste Ferienhaus auf unserer Reise durch Schottland. Eine fantastische Lage direkt am Wasser mit Blick auf die Isle of Raasey. Wunderschön die Sitzecke im Obergeschoss, von wo aus wir abends Seehunde vorbeischwimmen sahen. Sehr gut ausgestattetes, helles und sauberes Haus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
