The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of 12. It is in the perfect location over looking the ocean with a soft pale pink sand beach just down the steps. We were near to many restaurants in Governor's Harbor, but the house also had everything we needed to make our own meals. What really put our stay over the top was the wonderful care taker of the house Sherri. She not only made us a fantastic seafood dinner, but she was prompt with helping us with recommendations for the island. She even helped me learn more about my family from the island. This made our stay exceptional. I highly recommend staying here, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Eine Unterkunft auf den Bahamas in dieser Lage, wird unvergesslich bleiben! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, es enthält alles was man braucht! (Inkl. Schnorchel Ausrüstung!!!) Die Zimmer sind schön geschnitten mit einem super Bad und jeder hat Zugang zum Balkon. Von den Zimmern kann man im Bett liegend den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Der Infinity Pool vorm Haus, ist nochmal die Krone. Wenn man unten auf der Terrasse sitzt und den Wellen lauscht, möchte man nirgends anders mehr sein und sollte doch etwas fehlen oder defekt sein, so stand und Tarictia zur Seite! Sie war sehr Aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch von Augen abgelesen (vielen Dank nochmal für die tollen Körbe!!! Wir lieben Sie) Leider geht nun ein unglaublicher Urlaub zu Ende, aber wir können Ihnen uneingeschränkt empfehlen im “Shooting Star” von Bird of Paradise! Tips: Buccaneers, 1648, Tippy’s (für Sundowner), Da Perk (Frühstück), Fish Fry (nur Freitags), Levy Preserve, Ausflug nach Harbour Island zu den Pink Sands, Ten Bay Beach und der Rainbow Beach haben uns sehr gut gefallen!!! **The house and beach: We spend 10 days over Christmas at the Jolly Mon Villa and we loved it. The house was beautiful furnitured, everything matched. We felt at home from the first second we entered the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved cooking there. The beach was absolutely stunning. We saw barely more than 3-4 other people every day so it was the perfect location for a private holiday. **Grocery and fish: Groceries are expensive because it's imported (except fish and seafood from the docks). During the Christmas season it wasn't easy to get fresh seafood. Finally we found some fresh fish at Tarpum Bay (30min drive) at the docks around 1 o clock. Jane was so nice, she answered every question we had and answered very fast. She is a really good host. Thank you!!! We had a perfect family vacation!!!
