The apartment is only about five minutes from the Beach, and both weather as well as water temperature allowed for swimming!We enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our summer holiday in Athens at this apartment. It was exactly as described, both in terms of amenities and location. The communication with the landlords was perfect, Tony and Stephanie were always reachable via the app, and had good tips available. They were very accommodating when our airline changed our flight to arrive in the middle of the night - which we highly appreciated. The apartment was clean, and we found all things necessary for a pleasant stay: sufficient space for four people of which two teenagers, air-conditioning in all rooms, nice balconies one with a view of the sea, plenty of bedsheets and towels, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, sufficient crockery and kitchen appliances, etc. To reach the beach, we literally only had to cross the boulevard in front of the building. Bus and tram stops for the city center, the airport (express line) and Piraeus harbor were also just outside. Getting around Athens by taxi also proved to be affordable. The sea in front of the apartment was incredibly clean, we could see the bottom and small fish while swimming. The beach is mostly pebbles with patches of sand, the sea-bottom is rocky. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed staying at Tony and Stephanie's apartment - thank you!

Das Apartment haben wir genau so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben worden ist. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Fantastic - Beoutiful

We got together with my family (parents, brothers, their families and my family) for a family vacation coming from different parts of the world. The villa was big enough to host 18 people (including 2 babies) during a whole week. It was the best week in quite some time. The location of the house is just perfect, it far enough of every bigger city but not that far from Athens. So, you can visit in just 1 hour the bug and history-loaded city if Athens and enjoy the rest of the time a somewhat from the tourist-hordes isolated location in Daskaleio. Nearby youll find at least two small beaches where you can walk into the wonderful greek sea. But you actually dont need the beachea, because you can jump right of the rocks right beneath the house. And if you dont like the ocean, just relax in the private swimming pool from morning till evening, it's just perfect. The several sitting and relaxing places around the house offer something for anybody and the gigantic room inside of the house is amazing! With coutches for everyone, a big kitchen to prepare meals for everyone and a big nice wooden table with at least 12 sitting places. The sleeping rooms are enough for that, sleeping and resting, but with a nice joint terrace with seaview, lots of drawers and a ery efective air conditioning system (we had average of 35°C, so we know). And of course, Alex and Socrates, the best hosts and organizators EVER! We felt extremly welcome right from the first contact and until our leave. Thanks!

The villa is really great. We ( family of five ) were there for 9 days and had a wonderful time. The view of the sea, the days in Greece, the beautiful days in the beach bars, you can really enjoy yourself here. The water in the sea is so beautiful. The pictures here don't do the place justice at all, everything is much more beautiful! Many thanks to Sophia, it was a great time in your beautiful house, we can only recommend it! Wir waren mit der Familie dort im Haus und waren begeistert! Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet und modern, sauber und der Außenbereich ist genial mit Pool und BBQ Bereich. Auch der Service des Vermieters ist spitze mit Einführung und Stadt/Strandpromenaden Führung mit tollen Empfehlungen! Sekt und Obst warteten in der Küche, ein Pool Meister hat 2x den Pool gereinigt und eine Putzfrau das Haus gesäubert und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Ein Traum! Für jeden Empfehlenswert der Wert auf Sauberkeit und Stil legt! Immer wieder gerne! Vielen Dank!
