The Polperro Fishermen’s Choir said it all with their song when performing in the harbour with us in the front row, right from the living room: Polperro has a unique magic between harbour life, inviting shops and friendly people and an incredibly beautiful costal setting. I can’t imagine a better way to experience Polperro than from this lovely high standard cottage. Access should be planned with a luggage transport service (Jonathan will give you the details), which should be arranged in advance. The effort to take for staying in the centre of a historic fishing and smuggling village is to leave the car a ten minutes walk away, absolutely worth it.

Wer etwas Ruhe sucht ist in Gorran Haven genau richtig (zumindest außerhalb der Saison). Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Gute Ausstattung und tolle Lage: in weniger als 1 Minute ist man zum Strand spaziert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus eignet sich mit seinen vier Zimmern und den drei WCs hervorragend für eine große Familie. Wir waren mit drei Generationen da und konnten jeder Zeit etwas gemeinsam machen oder unsere Ruhe haben. Ein abgeschlossener Garten war auch für die Kinder wunderbar zum Toben geeignet. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und damit auch für Krabbelkinder geeignet. Andrew hat uns jeder Zeit alle Fragen vor Ort per Mail sofort beantwortet und wir fühlten uns bestens betreut. In dem Wohngebiet gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz und man ist schnell im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zur Genüge vorhanden. Par ist ein geeigneter Ausgangsort, um Cornwall in alle Richtungen zu erkunden.
