The location of the house is magical. Being there during off-season, not as many tourists have been there. But you have to know that in main season a lot of people may be there, starting early in the morning. You also have to know that the way to the house is tricky and includes high stairs- if you are handicapped, impaired or not very well on your feet, this place might not be for you. The house was beautiful, you will find everything you need there. Only a better solution for the Trash-Garbage would be nice, since it starts to smell very soon in the heat and you will smell it heavily while enjoying your terrace.
