This apartment, perched nearly on top of the resort, offers a lovely view over the bay and hills of northern sardinia. Check in was quite amusing involving a mixture between gestures and google translate. We found ourselfs in a super tidy apartment and beautifully maintained garden, unquestionably one of the best places we've been during our vacations in italy. The kitchen was well-equipped and super clean. Highest standard we've ever encountered in Italy. We didn't make use of the AC, however, having an additional washing machine during hot months was key as clothes run out rapidly during 30 degrees plus through days. Since we've spent most of the time sitting outside and enjoying the view, we didnt switch on TV. We even found some citronella candles in the apartment to get rid of mosquitoes. That's what you call proactive thinking. The beach is close by, you don't need shoes since there are no sea urchins, but some stamina because there are some stairs to climb after. Piero was immediately available regarding any issues. If you're planning to spent some time next to Palau we would definitely recommend checking out this place rather than touristy accommodations in Palau.

Das Haus punktet besonders durch den tollen Ausblick und die Lage oben auf dem Hügel. Für Familien besonders schön ist, dass es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. So kann es beim Toben im Garten auch mal lauter werden.

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft, in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Ideal sowohl für einen Familien sowie einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Sehr großzügig. Der Pool ist ein super+ Punkt. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der Kontakt war immer angenehm und fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Und es war steht's Hilfe geboten. Direkt am Meer, absolute Ruhe und wunderschön. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum, die Lage unschlagbar und wir würden jederzeit wieder her kommen. Wer das Meer und die Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

La Maddalena ist ein absolutes Traumziel, und das Haus ist sehr hübsch und mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht. Im Mai scheint die Sonne vor allem morgens auf die Terrasse, und man kann vom Haus aus grandiose Sonnenaufgänge sehen. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Wohnanlage, die im Mai so gut wie leer war (für uns absolut richtig!). Der Pool wird anscheinend erst Mitte Mai eröffnet (dann fängt die Saison so langsam an), aber der war für uns ohnehin nicht wichtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut per Handy zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch sind die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern, die aber auch leicht zu öffnen sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn man La Maddalena erleben will, wenn es nicht so voll ist, ist der Mai eine sehr gute Wahl.

Perfect location for trips around Maddalena and Caprera. Great and silent Garden with des view and different places to sit and relax. Lovely owner, very comfortable, gives perfect tips for restaurants, beaches and answers every question you may have

We had a great time in beautiful, well-maintained house with stunning views. Besides the incredibly good facilities, the covered terrace is brilliant. We enjoyed being able to go directly from the property into the water, even if the access over the stones is not so easy, especially with some waves. The carport for the car, which we could always put in the shade, was also great. We didn't use the TV,... we preferred the terrace.
