The Appartement was well equipped for cooking but did not contain basic supplies (salt, oil, etc.), there is a tiny suppermarket in the hotel, though to get them. Heated pools were great. There is a gym, washing mashines and free water and coffee.
We got a free upgrade, free very late check-out and free transfer to the airport. Service was amazing as the personal was very kind and helped us with several requests.
Overall, clearly one of the very best Hotels in Costa Rica
