El propietario es muy amable, sociable y, sobre todo, servicial.
La piscina es muy grande, la casa está limpia, las tres habitaciones con aire acondicionado están bien cuidadas y el entorno está rodeado de limoneros, olivos y granados.
El único inconveniente es el camino de tierra de 1,5 km que lleva a la casa.
