My family and I had 2 wonderful weeks at this place.
it is overwhelmingly quiet, wonderful pool, nice host. The house is fully equipped and clean.
Nearest supermarket, CONAD in Subiaco, has all products you could ask for. From fresh sea food to toiletries, fresh bread to toys for the kids in case you forgot something.
Rome is aper. 1 hour by car, wonderful beaches 1 to 1,5 hours. Not to mention the wonderful mountains when heading East instead of West;-)
Subiaco itself is worth visiting as well and offers a variety of outdoor activies including white water rafting and canyoning.
