Wir haben uns in den Ort verliebt. Die Wohnung über drei Stockwerke verteilt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Direkt unter dem Felsmassiv Rocca und in direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt kann man alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen

Well not much too say, than awsome! Bring some food for the neighnour donkey. The kitchen is not prepared for cooking bigger meals, but who wants to do that since you are in Italy?

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern 5 Tage dort und wollten gar nicht abreisen. Toller Ausblick, Nähe zu Cefalu, ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This small house is perfectly located in the center of the beautiful village of Sant' Ambrogio, just 6 km from Cefalù. It is an ideal starting point for walks in the Madonie Natural Park, visits to Cefalù or a train ride to Palermo. In 10min`s walk you can reach a quiet beach by the sea. We spent every evening on one of the two balconies facing the sea and enjoyed the view. The house is modern renovated and well equipped with plenty of closet and drawer space. The only things we missed were a few more plates and kitchen utensils to prepare our own meals, such as a wooden spoon or a vegetable peeler. But no need to starve - a pizzeria, an osteria and a very good trattoria are just around the corner.

We were a group of friends who traveled to Castelbuono to join the yearly Ypsigrock festival. We didn‘t think we would find such a gem to stay at. It was definitely more we could have hoped for. Lovely hosts, a marvellous villa, an amazing view - we felt at home. Thanks, Rosanna & Giocchino, for making our stay so memorable. We will be back!
