Kvinesdal: Häuser

We spent five fantastic days here in mid-May: A small, paradisiacal, converted boathouse directly over the water, so practically equipped with every modern convenience that relaxation was possible from the very first minute. Boarding a canoe or a motorboat from the house; hiking directly from the front door; a fantastic fjord area; simply taking your fishing gear and life jackets off the hanger; crystal-clear water; watching the eels in the water while having breakfast, or watching the Norwegians take their evening swimming from the boathouse directly into the velvety river; enjoying magnificent views and tranquility from the tops of the hikes; watching the swallows chase away magpies, performing aerial acrobatics over the water, or bringing food and nesting material directly under the boathouse... There were so many small and wonderful experiences strung together that we were actually constantly smiling. Feda and Feda-Waterfront have won two real fans.A huge thank you also to our host Ulrik for sharing this part of his homeland with us.

Cosy old farmhouse, beautifully renovated. Steep steps to the upper floor. There´s a beatiful view overlooking the fjord. It´s just 10 minutes drive to Farsund and 20 minutes to beautiful beaches. Many good hiking trails located directly near the cottage.

Das Haus ist makellos sauber, die vermieter sehr nett. Die Anreise ist etwas beschwerlich, man gewöhnt sich aber daran. (12km unbefestigte Straße berg auf, berg ab). Würde es bloß bei Schnee micht unbedingt empfehlen wegen des Weges. Traumhaft schönwr Ausblick und einige nette Reiseziele. Wer dir Ruhe und die Natur genießen möchte ist hier richtig, klare Empfehlung!

We enjoyed ver much our stay. The rooms are small but the living-room and open kitchen are not, for such an house. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous and the possibility to go on the lake with the boat is great. The pictures from the view on the lake are nice, the reality is even better. I would have expected on other views to see much more houses or buildings. This is not the case there are only few houses with acces to the lake, this very peaceful.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus auf grossem Grundstück, 15 min. Fahrt bis Farsund und zum Meer. Komplett eingerichtet, ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Hund. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolles großes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Gut vorher zu wissen wäre, dass man das Leitungswasser wohl nicht trinken sollte. Hier standen im Haus 2 Kanister mit Trinkwasser, aber sonst keine Hinweise. Gegend ist super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schwierig die doch sehr hohen Reinigungskosten gleich bei Ankunft zu begleichen, wenn im nächsten Ort kein Geldautomat vorhanden ist. Daher ein Punkt Abzug beim Checkinn. Das ältere Paar was uns empfangen hat, hätte nicht netter sein können. Top! Leider wird der Blick zum Fjord durch mehrere Häuser versperrt und der Weg zum Fjord ist weiter weg als gedacht. Etwa 8 Minuten. Die kleine Gemeinde ist allerdings traumhaft ruhig und hat die erwünschte Entspannung gebracht. Die nähere Umgebung bietet viel Natur. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einsame Strände. Das Grundstück war groß und bot alles für Kinder zum spielen. Als Bonus wurde auch Internet für die Handys gestellt. An und Abreise verliefen reibungslos.
