Parrish: Häuser

We had a great time spending a bit more than one week at this lovely property. The house looks and feels as described, everything is neatly decorated and makes you feel at home as soon as you open the door. Lots of extras are included with the rental (i.e. towels and beach towels, foldable beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) plus the kitchen is very well equipped, so there's really no need to get anything extra to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. House and surroundings very well-kept and clean, as well. Quiet neighborhood close to Bee Ridge and lots of shops / places to eat. Takes about 10-15 mins to the beach at Siesta Key by car, 4 bikes are supplied as well - it was too hot outside to use them during our stay. Judy is a very accomodating and friendly host. Can 100% recommend.

Besonders hervorzu heben ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung des Besitzers. Sehr schnelle Antworten, gute Tipps und sofortige Hilfe wenn etwas nicht der Norm entspricht. Das Haus bietet viel Platz mit drei großen Schlafzimmern (Schätze jeweils ca. 16-18 Quadratmeter groß). Alles sehr schön und relativ neu dekoriert. Schöner Pool mit Insektenschutz. Unser Lieblingsstrand war Coquina Beach ca. 40 Minuten)
