In total, the stay at Vila Marija was a very pleasant experience. Even though at times we were a little loud playing music etc., the owners never complained and were very helpful all the time. Only minor remark was the fact that we did not know in advance that the house owners will stay on the property the whole time. Still, we can highly recommend staying at Vila Marija when considering spending your vacation time in Budva.

Rundum schön, um Montenegros Besonderheiten zu entdecken

We spent 8 days in the villa. The apartement is spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for a family, but also enough place if travelling with a group of adults. The maritime decoration and layout is tastefully and bright, the living room offering a big table and enough space for everyone to relax. Everything was flawless clean, the amount of towels both for bathroom and pool area was exceeding, and even additional washing was offered. Everything you need for a private stay was present in kitchen and apartement. The two terraces offer a shady stay at every time of the day, the bigger one to the front with pool view was our favourite and a perfect place event at very, very hot weather. The pool is kept very clean and the area with sunbeds and sitting area has shady parts at every time of the day, wich is good for sun sensitive persons as children. The location of the house offers short drives to 2 nearby beaches, but is central enough to start day trips in the montenegro backland, which we definitily recommand to do. Visiting the country in an extreme hot summer we were very glad to have this airy place on top of a hill, quite away from the crowded coast, which made it cooler to stay and especially the quiet, long evenings on the terrace with lovely view. With Maria and Bruno we had the most helpful, friendly and foresighting hosts you can imagine - who make this lovely place really unique, thank you for everything!

Nach drei Jahren haben wir es geschafft. Leider mussten wir die Reise wegen Corona dreimal verschieben. Die Vermieter sind uns da sehr entgegengekommen, sodass wir den Reisetermin zweimal verschieben konnten. An dem Tag wo wir an dem Haus angereist waren, war gerade der Sonnenuntergang wie in den Objektbildern zusehen. Einfach Traumhaft! Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sauber gewesen. Der Pool war erfrischend und mit salzigem Wasser. Das Objekt kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern (15J und 17J) zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Es fehlte an nichts, der Pool war mit 10 Meter perfekt zum Schwimmen, der Blick in die Bucht von Kontor war phänomenal. Schlafzimmer, Küche , Esszimmer , Terrasse - alles sehr schön eingerichtet - wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben! Marija und Teodora haben sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert! Vielen Dank!
