Ein wunderschönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns im Haus und um das Haus herum, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie schön häufiger erwähnt ist der Weg zum Haus sehr steil, doch unser kleiner Twingo, hat ihn sogar voll bepackt gut gemeistert. Rosario ist ein "patrone molto gentile". Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war um unser Wohlergehen besorgt. So kam er sofort zur Hilfe, als das WiFi einmal nicht funktionierte. Die Majella Berge sind grandios und ein herrliches Wanderrevier.

I've been a traveller all my life, have visited tons of places on the globe and lived for years in North America. I am a regular traveler and would rate Rob & Lyn's Vilas as one of the nicest, best and real value of all the places I have stayed in my life. I travelled with my partner and we were looking for a silent retreat so we could relax, recharge our batteries and enjoy the Italian cuisine. With their wonderful Villas located in the Abruzzo Mountains at a mountainside you have a wonderful view over the valley. The Pool is getting cleaned every morning by Rob or Lyn to provide a clean pool when you wake up on hot days to directly jump into. Never seen a pool in better shape!!! The place was very clean, well equipped, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was exactly the retreat from all the daily city life we needed. Rob even provided a gas bbq and whenever we had any questions or wishes, both did everything they can to fulfill those wishes as best as possible. The nearby city Casoli which is only 10 car minutes away has 2 supermarkets which was handy, and from there it's only a few minutes to dozens of restaurants and cafes. The winery Tilli's is right around the corner as well as a cheese-factory and pasta-factory where you can get the freshest ingredient to make your stay as Italian as possible. While staying we got the offer to participate at a local fest, where we enjoyed wine, beer, food and the very local atmosphere in the middle of the Abruzzo Mountains. Lovely! This little gem is like a resort for your soul. No kids and no pets are allowed and in the 3 Villas and only 2 people can stay per Villa. So if you travel as a couple, the only people you encounter (besides Rob & Lyn) are maximum 4 other guests. The place is best accessed by car. So it would be wise to rent or travel by car. There are no buses and/or taxis available. Which is a huge plus in our opinion. No nasty tourists ;). Rob & Lyn answer their phones instantly or reply via messengers within minutes. They do not leave any wishes or needs open to you and other hosts can take an example from this. We would highly recommend this wonderful Villas to everyone who is looking to calm down, have wonderful Italian food and recharge their batteries. It was an enormous pleasure to stay with you and we will come back, even if it's just for a week. It's 110% worth it! Thanks for making our holiday amazing!! Best, C&M.

We really enjoyed our stay with our kids and friends. Tony was really helpful and gave us a lot of information for our stay. We can really recommend it.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus um sich ein paar Tage Auszeit zu gönnen. Ambiente, Sauberkeit, Lage und Pool sind sehr schön. Der Gastgeber ist sehr professionell, freundlich und verlässlich. Einziger wirklicher Nachteil ist die Entfernung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist ein kleines Abenteuer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war alles perfekt. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!! Hinweis! Autan nicht vergessen!!
