We really enjoyed our stay on the boat. Pictures are 100% accurate and it is very well maintained. Perfect location for exploring the keys. We had two smaller kids with us which was a bit challenging due to the fact that the railings on the upper decks were with sharp edges on eye level and way too insecure. Perfect for grown ups, though. Also the marina itself was a bit cluttered. A water pump was on day and night for the only reason to keep fish tanks with no fish in em full of circulating water . Bit noisy...

Das Hausboot liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Einkaufs und Ausgehmöglichkeiten aber gleich ums Eck. Der Wohnraum ist natürlich etwas beengter als in einem Haus, grade der Essbereich, Küche und Bad sind recht klein. Die Wohnbereiche dagegen sind großzügig, die Terasse und der Garten sind toll. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Maggie war sehr zuvorkommend bei allen Fragen und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Einzig das Ausziehsofa war etwas unbequem zum liegen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Mark is a great host and communicator, responses were always very quick and helpful, wonderful landscape, friendly and helpful neighbors on the other boats, perfectly located to discover Miami and the Keys. As stated in the description and other reviews, be aware that this is not a new boat. If you're ok with this fact, you'll love this place.
