This is a very pleasant place to be. It is close to the beach and convenient to whatever place you want to go in SD. The place is super quiet and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing to cook whatever one has in mind. It is THE place for a longer stay, as I did for 10 weeks. Communication with the housekeeper, was prompt and easy. The only pain was the booking platform. In the 21st century they allow credit card payments only, what was really a hassle, given the price for a long term stay and limits set to credit cards. It almost caused that I was unable to book because of that. That is why I rated "agency" as very poor, what has nothing to do with the perfect communication with the housekeeper or owner. Check other platforms and you'll find the place there.
