Das Cottage befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Parkplatz kein Problem, 2 Minuten fußläufig Restaurant. Das Haus ist außerordentlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts.Sehr bequeme Betten, großzügige Dusche, phantastische Handseife und Bodylotion, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, sogar ein kleiner Außenbereich.Zum Willkommen ein wunderbarer Korb mit Spezialitäten und einer Flasche Wein.Lynda war immer ereichbar und hilfreich. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung am North Esk ( wir sahen Lachse springen!), Küstenwanderungen und diverse Schlösser.EIne ganz klare Empfehlung ohne jede Einschränkung!

We enjoyed this generous house very much. Everything was perfect! And we find an excellent restaurant and several beautiful Golf courses nearby.

We had already expected a lot from the advertisement. But seeing the house was overwhelming. We spent an unforgettable week as a group of seven friends in a luxurious house in a beautiful setting.the only regret was that we were not able to take full advantage of the many facilities offered by the estate, such as the walled garden.

We've had the "small" studio right next to the actual Kinblethmont House, which is situated on a rather big, nice and quiet estate. The studio has the perfect size for a family of four, it's clean, bright and comfortable. You can walk around the estate and find a nice walled garden including a playground for the kids and even some games for adults. As it's just south of the highlands and near the coast it's the perfect starting point for both hiking or sea trips. Angus and Aberdeenshire offer a lot of culturally interesting places and the little town of Arbroath (which is just a few minutes away) provides you with everything you need for a nice vacation. Kinblethmont is easily one of the best holiday homes we've had so far.
