A new purchase is strongly recommended. We informed Wiseberry and showed the contamination in the apartment, but Wiseberry did not feel responsible for it. Wiseberry pointed out that this apartment is only rented out and Wiseberry manages too many other properties and couldn't take care of everything. That surprised us a little.
