Clean, nice decoration , everything there that you need for an lovely stay

The location was amazing and the condo is small but very clean. Jan was amazing and checked in on us to see if we had any questions and gave us tips for the weekend because there was a Seafoodfestival in Sarasota. We loved the walking distance to the beach every morning. A very trivial matter is there is no dishwasher, what we found unusual, but with so many foodoptions on St.Armands Circle it was no big deal. It was a very quiet neighbourhood and we felt very safe walking home after dinner from St.Armands. Communication with Jan was great, before, during and after.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, cute holiday apartment. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. The apartment is fully equipped and there are also enough kitchen utensils. In the garage you will find everything you need for the beach. The gas grill also worked well, so we could grill too. The beach can be reached in two minutes on foot. There are also many other beaches that are a little further away and are all very beautiful. St. Armands Circle is also within walking distance. The communication in advance with LaVeda worked great.
