Just as described. Very convenient to Jacobs School of Music! Beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but could tell that from photos. Overall a great stay.

I liked the checking in and checking out procedures, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The place is great because it’s basically empty so it’s not hard to keep clean! Advice I’d give for the future visitors is contacting using your requests over messaging, it was hard to contact through mesaging but got quick action through requests

It was great that all 3 bedrooms had there own bath, no one had to share. Check -in was complicated by some misinformation but the property manager was responsive and we eventually got in. Very bare bones furnishings and kitchen sparsely equipped.

Great apartment for a group

This apartment was perfect for our family visiting IU over graduation weekend. The fact that there was a separate bathroom for each bedroom was super convenient. The kitchen and living room were comfortable gathering spaces for meals and hanging out. Conveniently located to campus, stores and free parking.Amenities like kitchen supplies and toiletries were minimal, so plan accordingly. We brought our own stuff and it worked out great.Communications before and after our arrival were clear and responsive.

Great access to IU. 5 guests for 2 night stay. Apt has AC, very quiet & clean.3 Full beds with sheets and blanket & 3 full BR with tub/shower. We brought a queen blow up for the 5th guest. Provides TP, paper towel, hand soap in kitchen & 3 BR, a few dishwasher pods, small dawn soap, a few garbage bags.Cole answered his phone anytime I called with a question. The freezer does not have an ice maker, no toaster, no hair dryer, no kitchen towels, has a few dishes-2 bowls. 2 small plates, 5 big platesl, no glassware, a few pans and 5 coffee cups, has a Kuerig so bring coffee pods. Bring laundry soap as Washer and dryer came in handy.) no shampoo or body soap and no ice. Apt close to IU, Mall, target, Kroger, McDonald’s. Chick filet. Will use again but will bring a few extra supplies. We had 2 cars and Cole did give us an extra parking pass.

Grandaughter moving to dorm from Chicago area.

Needed a place to stay for 2 days while we helped granddaughter move into dorm. Apartment clean, quiet and very close to IU. Many shops, stores like Kroger and target, and restaurants nearby. Traveled with 5 people and everyone had their own room with Br/ shower/tub combination. Lg Towel, small towel provided, sink liquid hand soap and air freshener, TP, bath mat. Kitchen had dish soap and dishwasher pods and a few garbage bags. Cole answered his phone each time I called- very friendly and helpful. W&D came in handy- I brought laundry soap. Nice furniture. Beds are comfortable Full beds with sheets, pillows and blanket. Brought a queen blowup as grandaughter wanted her own bed. Glad we found this apt instead of using 3 motel rooms with the price for each. No motel rooms available . Very comfortable- good AC. No ice maker- picked up ice at Krogers, no toaster, no hairdryer, no kitchen towels, needs more dishes like cereal bowls, small dishes.cooking utensils. Full bed not big enough for married couples.

The host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and accommodating. We appreciated his making our arrival and departure easy. We were a group of friends back on campus for a reunion weekend. 3 bed/3 baths was the main reason for selecting the location. It worked out perfectly for our purpose. Location is a little loud overnight on weekends due to the Taco Bell open till 4AM nearby. The one internal bedroom is quiet though. Photos of the property are accurate to show the minimalist look.
