There is a large porch on the front of the house with distant views of the ocean and entrance to Falmouth Harbor and the Falmouth Yacht Club. Bring your dog as there is great walking in this area.
This location is a short distance to Falmouth Heights Beach with a baseball and basketball court as well as two restaurants. There is also a small beach right down the street from the house. Falmouth Harbor is a short distance away as well as the Island Queen with daily trips to Martha's Vineyard. Downtown Falmouth is less than two miles away with many shops and restaurants as well as a carousel behind the library,
