Hi Caleb, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re glad you were ultimately able to enjoy the property and pool, we’d like to provide a few clarifications based on your comments:- The pool was serviced promptly, and a partial refund was issued as a courtesy for the initial delay in usability.- The outdoor TV was replaced quickly, and our contractor was scheduled to return with the appropriate hardware.- The yard was mowed as soon as weather allowed; heavy rain in the area had impacted scheduling and ground conditions.- The issue with the bathroom was not reported during your stay, and we’ve since had it inspected without finding any leak or mold concerns. We always appreciate constructive feedback and do our best to respond quickly when issues arise. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your experience.
