It was fine. The layout of beds was a little strange. View from the deck would have been nicer with less junk below and to side. Had basics which was all we needed for one night stay. The house was for sale and has some good potential for improvement if it remains a STR space.

Beautiful view from deck

The deck was in need of repair rotten boards. The windows in the upstairs bedroom didn't have screens only one fan and the house we really hot for sleeping.

That property is correct. The building himself is not well maintained and some repairs (like a shower fixed with tape....) are questionnable. The picture does not represent the reality. The house is across a commercial port and boat are making noise and are all lights on( whoms are powerfull) all night long. Luckylly, we slept there only one night.

Amazing views on the deck for morning coffee. Loved having a full kitchen and grocery store nearby. It was also amazing having a game table. We will recommend this place highly to anyone staying in the area.

Place was clean. Check-in was easy. Couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work and couldn't reach the host place. Needs some repairs. The deck is rotting through. In some places. It appears the place was for sale so perhaps the interest in hosting has left the host. The place is clean and it is good for a short stay. The sleeping accommodations are not good for more than one couple.

Property not maintained

Rotting patio that did not feel safe to be on. Comforters with large stains on them. King and queen mattress were just sitting on the floor. No bed frames and queen mattress was old and dirty looking. Could not use fire pit as the grass around it was too highā€¦probably waist length and no seating around fire pit. Old musty smell on the sofas ā€¦

I had reached out to see if we could check in a little early but never heard back so we just came around 3:30. Was happy at the location and even if the place needed some updating was pleased. There were noticed there was no Kleenex, very limited paper towel it had a Keurig but there was no coffee pods. We had our own coffee but had nothing to make it in. There was some instant coffee but that I donā€™t like

Kind of disappointed

Pulled into driveway and saw that house was for sale and lawn had not been cut. Inside was clean but was sparsley furnished and bedrooms had mattresses on the floor. Pictures looked more presentable than reality. It was a beautiful view but deck is in very poor condition with rotting boards. Bedding was unsatisfactory, with main floor bedding having what appeared to be spray paint marks on them. Curtains in main floor bedroom we're also see through at night so you had to change in the bathroom for privacy. Window in upstairs bedroom had no screen. It was OK for one night but I was disappointed with my booking and would.not stay again.

Beautiful exterior. Grwat view! But conditions inside dissapointing. Tv didnt work, no batteries in remote. Bedroom was very hot and only a fan that barely moved air was available. Mirror fell from wall twice. This could be agreat bnb with just a little more attention to details

A comfortable getaway with a few considerations for older guests.

Very nice. However, the stairs were an issue especially at night since the only bathroom was on the main floor. The lighting is poor in the kitchen and dining room and the light wasnā€™t working over the stove. Using the bathtub for a shower was difficult and a little dangerous as the tub floor was slanted on both sides and it could be easy to slip and fall. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Has potential

Overall, the property was clean and comfortable. Our stay was for a conference in the area so met our needs. The bedrooms could certainly be afforded additional privacy with appropriate window treatments. If I were travelling for a vacation, the neighbourā€™s auto junkyard encroaching onto this property is an eyesore and certainly detracts from the view. The patio and rear access is blocked from use due to no rails on the exterior steps. Lastly, while itā€™s indicated this could accommodate 6 people, 2 would be sleeping on what seems like an air mattress in a very low sloped dormer in the MBR.

Family holiday to see the icebergs!

I was so excited to show my family the amazing spot that I had rented for our vacation. Upon entering, was very apparent that the size of house is not as big as posted. Which isnā€™t a big deal as long as it is cozy.In the pics for this ad, it does not show that you have close buildings on either side. As only shows the water. Stated in ad that this is a ā€œbeach houseā€. This is definitely waterfront/oceanfront but definitely not beach front. The ad is deceiving in regards to sleeping areas but again ok if cozy and comfortable. All 4 mattresses in this house are in terrible shape and next to impossible to sleep on - especially if you are 76yrs old. Ad states coffee machine - but does not state is a keurig so what I brought I could not use. There was no coffee provided only decaf. There was no sugar. There was no bbq as shown in ad. There were large bags of garbage and recycling in basement. Not enough mugs or silverware or towels. Definitely would not return
