Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living areas, the fully fenced yard, and the private waterfront patio.

Check-in is a breeze with our self check-in process using a secure smart lock. You can arrive at your convenience after the designated check-in time.

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process. While we won`t be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist via the app or phone should you have any questions or need local recommendations.

* **Linens & Supplies:** All beds are prepared with high-quality, three-layer commercial linen and feature full mattress protection. We are proud to provide eco-friendly EcoStore cleaning and guest products for your use.
* **Safety:** For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with fire safety equipment and a first-aid kit.
* **Guest Verification:** To ensure a secure and trusted stay for all, we require all guests to provide a valid photo ID and complete a short guest agreement prior to check-in. First-time guests will also need to complete a selfie verification.
* **Security Hold:** A $150 off-portal security hold is required for all first-time guests. This is a hold, not a charge, and is waived for our valued returning guests.
* **Check-In Details:** Your unique access code and check-in instructions will be sent once the verification process is successfully completed. Verification must be submitted no later than 5 pm on the day before your arrival.
* **Flexible Times:** Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, but this is strictly subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Security: For the safety of our guests and property, an external security camera is installed, monitoring entry areas only.

Guest Verification: All guests must provide a photo ID and complete a short guest agreement before check-in. First-time guests are also required to complete a selfie verification.

Security Hold: A $150 off-portal security hold applies to all first-time guests. This is waived for our valued returning guests.

Check-In: Check-in details are provided once the verification process is complete. All required information must be submitted before 5 pm the day before your arrival.
