Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, Cedar Post offers a true home away from home with access to an array of community amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, sports courts, playgrounds, trailheads, and more!

Come inside and discover a welcoming open plan living area where contemporary design meets cozy comfort. The stylish seating area is perfect for relaxing and watching TV, the dining area offers a great spot for shared meals and board games, and a dedicated workspace overlooks the back yard should business call! The sleek, modern kitchen is a chef’s delight featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with bar seating for six, and a sunny breakfast nook. Families are well-catered for with a high-chair and pack-n-play, ensuring a stress-free vacation. Guests will also enjoy the property's premium sound blue tooth speaker.

The living area opens to a serene outdoor space, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Gather on the undercover patio, adorned with twinkling fairy lights, enjoy backyard barbeques with family and friends, and end your day in the backyard sharing stories and stargazing.

Del Webb - Cedar Post accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, decorated with your downtime in mind. The primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary with a plush king-size bed, a seating area overlooking the backyard, and a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, are equally inviting, ensuring a cozy retreat for everyone. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space for a maximum of 7 guests.

Cottonwood Ranch Community

Your stay at Del Webb – Cedar Post includes complimentary access to the Cottonwood Ranch community clubhouse with a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub boasting beautiful views of the Mingus Mountains, a fitness center, a computer room, a park with a playground and sports court, and lots of trails and bike paths winding through the homes. Guests will need to have an orientation in the clubhouse to get registered with a $100 fee for the fob which we will reimburse.
Community Pool & Hot Tub: ***Please note that the HOA requires a $100 non-refundable fee to use the clubhouse and pool/hot tub*** The owner will reimburse. The form for guest to fill out is the clubhouse.They require a 15-minute orientation to go over all the rules (Let them know you are staying at an Airbnb so the orientation will be shorter). Guests MUST call ahead 928-649-1730 to schedule appt. Appointments can only be scheduled Mondays through Fridays, and on weekends if appointment is set ahead of time. They are very strict and will expect all rules to be followed. Renters will be given a temporary key fob to be able to access the clubhouse. The HOA does not allow "guests of guests" so make sure that the people using the facilities are identified as "renters" of the property not "visitors". Also note that the Clubhouse is 0.6 mile from the house and it is recommended to drive there. 

Community Pool & Hot Tub: The pool is heated March 1st through November 1st (subjective to weather/outdoor temperatures, subject to change by the HOA). The hours are 6:30am to 9pm.

Hike the many trails, discover local wines at three nearby wineries, visit the largest hatchery in Arizona, and don’t miss the colorful, creative, and unique art village of Eliphante. You’re only 20 minutes from Sedona and 10 minutes to the “Wickedest Town in the West”, Jerome.

A bus stop 2 blocks away from Del Webb – Cedar Post takes you to Jerome, Clarkdale and Sedona every hour.
