• Bedrooms: Four bedrooms—one queen, two double beds, and one tri-bunk (single/double)—offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families.

• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both with showers, one with laundry facilities. One powder room with toilet, bidet, vanity.

• Living Spaces: Versatile living areas with an open-plan layout, offering plenty of natural light and space for everyone.

• Outdoor Areas: Expansive balcony with BBQ and dining space for 8, perfect for outdoor gatherings. The backyard provides extra space for kids to play and explore.

• Parking: Space for 3 cars on the driveway in front of the house.

• Convenience: Hairdryers, smart TVs, USB charging points, quality linen, and towels.

• Families: High chair, portable 3 in 1 cot and baby bath available on request.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house, including all amenities and outdoor areas.



IMPORTANT

Before you arrive you will be asked to:

1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.

3. Sign our rental agreement



Guest Access:

You will have the house to yourselves. Access is via lock box on the property. You will receive access details prior to check in.

Just a few minutes’ drive (or a pleasant walk) takes you to Terrigal Beach and the lively Esplanade, filled with cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and bars.



It’s the perfect balance of quiet coastal living with easy access to local attractions like Avoca Beach, The Skillion lookout, and nearby national parks. Whether you’re after morning surf, sunset walks, or vibrant dining, everything is right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting Around from Scenic Highway, Terrigal



Terrigal Beach & Esplanade – Just a few minutes’ drive (or around a 15–20 min walk downhill) to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and shops.



Local Buses – Bus stops are located along Scenic Highway and nearby streets, connecting you to Terrigal, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, and Gosford Train Station.



Trains – The nearest major station is Gosford (about 20 mins by car), with regular services to Sydney and Newcastle.



Driving – Having a car is the most convenient way to explore. Terrigal is well connected to the Central Coast highlights like Avoca Beach, The Entrance, and Bouddi National Park.



Airport Access – Sydney Airport is about 1.5 hours away by car, depending on traffic.



Taxis & Rideshare – Uber, Ola, and local taxis operate in the area for easy trips if you prefer not to drive.
