We were so happy to stay in such a lovely property. It was immaculately clean. The hosts we very attentive with their communication; making sure we had everything we needed. It was a joyful stay as we celebrated our daughter's wedding. Lots of room for a family of four. A lovely home for a lovely time in our lives.

We had a lovely stay at Des & Marie’s well appointed home. The check in was smooth, the house, clean, well equipped, and spacious. It was a perfect base for our family of 4 while we were in town for a family wedding. Will definitely consider it for future trips to Winnipeg.

We had a 3 week stay in this lovely home. There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). The house had ample space. The kitchen and living room is spacious and modern. The bedrooms are comfortable and the basement was a great space for the kids to play (or for me to watch the game). Communication with host was excellent throughout our stay. Amenities close by and a straightforward drive into the city.

Perfect place for a home away from home for our family. Comfortable beds. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Amazingly accommodating hosts and prompt communication. Appreciated the 3.5 bathrooms! Loved the seating arrangement in the front room, gave me great ideas for my own home. Location worked well for us. Can’t think of one thing to improve on.

Great place to stay

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, the owners were friendly and attentive. The house had everything we needed and more. The pictures online made the house look a little cramped, but it’s actually quite spacious. No complaints whatsoever!

Excellent Location, Clean and Roomy

We stayed for a few nights with our young kids and another family joined us for a night as well. It was located in a very nice neighbourhood, walking distance to a park for the kids and a very short drive to Tinkertown. The house was clean and spacious. Des and Marie were excellent with communication. We look forward to coming back at a future time!

Wonderful family trip

We went as family to a swimming contest and added a few days to explore Winnipeg.Des & Marie’s house was perfect for our family and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house was very clean and comfortable, check in was easy because they explained it well. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodated us wonderfully .There was even a well kept playground within walking distanceWe can highly recommend Des & Marie as hosts and their lovely house, which is modern, clean and comfortable.

My family and I travelled to Winnipeg and stayed in the house for a family wedding. The house was roomy and spacious with four nice big bedrooms and three full bathrooms and one half bath. So many great details and everything is taken care of. There wasn’t anything lacking and so many great details including lots of extra blankets, hair dryers in every bathroom and boxes of tissues everywhere. Beds were very comfortable and soft and it felt so warm and cozy throughout. The basement has a nice bedroom, bathroom and a small living room for anyone you are travelling with who might need a little extra privacy. The owners were so accommodating and even helped me have an item delivered to the house before I arrived. They answered questions very quickly and checked in with us to see how the stay was going. The stay in the house was perfect for our family, and it will be for yours as well. Quick drive to the highways and quick access to shopping and amenities. Thank you Des and Marie for a great stay, our family was comfortable and happy. Highly recommended!
