After a long day in the parks or other Central Florida attractions, you'll love your very own pool and spa, screened lanai for privacy, complete with chaise loungers and a dining table; a perfect spot to grill out and enjoy the Florida sun and relax. Wireless internet is available throughout the house and there is a full-size washer and dryer.

This home is located in front of the future Club House and all the amenities.

Optional pool and spa heat is available for $35/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.


Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
