Please note, bathroom and porch access is through the second bedroom. The space also includes a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Netflix, along with on-site parking directly in front of the apartment.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available for an additional fee, depending on booking schedules. If there’s a same-day turnaround, we’ll confirm closer to your arrival.

From Delamore Cove by Stay Waiheke, everything that makes Waiheke special is close by. The estate sits just above Oneroa Village, surrounded by native bush and sea air, with easy access to cafés, vineyards, and walking tracks.
Start your morning with coffee at Wai Kitchen, overlooking the bay, or try Fenice for Italian-style breakfasts and long, wood-fired lunches. For something special, Cable Bay and Mudbrick Vineyard are only a few minutes away, both known for fine food, local wines, and sunset views across the Hauraki Gulf.
The Te Ara Hura trail passes right by the property entrance, winding north toward the headlands and sculpture park or south toward Blackpool Beach and the village. Oneroa Beach is just a short walk or drive for swimming and picnics, while Little Oneroa offers calm shallows and fish and chips under the pōhutukawa trees.
Evenings are unhurried here, dinner in the village, a glass of local wine, and the quiet drive back up the hill to the stillness of Delamore Cove.
Getting Around:
Getting around from Delamore Cove is simple and scenic. The property is about a five-minute drive from the Matiatia passenger ferry terminal and just minutes from Oneroa Village, Little Oneroa Beach, and the island’s main bus routes.
If you’re not bringing a car, buses run regularly between the ferry, Oneroa, and Onetangi. The nearest stop is a short walk from the property, and most routes connect easily to Waiheke’s beaches, cafés, and vineyards. It’s an easy, local way to explore, relaxed, friendly, and filled with views along the way.
E-bikes and scooters are available for hire in Oneroa if you’d like to move at your own pace, and there’s on-site parking right in front of the apartment for guests with a vehicle.
However you travel, Waiheke’s roads curve around sea views and vines, every trip a quiet reminder of where you are.
