Cozy condo - minutes from ski hill with nature/river views

Our condo is located on the third (top) floor of a 6-plex unit so its very quiet. The open space living area includes a cozy living room with gas fireplace, dining room, and the kitchen - all which open up to a terrace with panoramic views of a wooded area, Yamaska river and - in winter - mountains.

There are 3 bedrooms which is ideal for a family of 4 or 5. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the Bromont mountain. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has two single beds.

The main bathroom includes a shower and private sauna for relaxing after a day on the ski hill. Powder room attached to the living area. Washer and dryer are available.

Bedding, towels, internet, and Netflix/Apple TV/Prime are provided and you are welcome to use our spices and pantry supplies. We also have lots of board games and children's books/puzzles. Yoga mat and blocks available.

Condo is located a few minutes from the Bromont ski resort. A shuttle can pick you up from in front of the condo and takes you to the ski mountain for free in winter. Less than 5 minute walking distance to the grocery, pharmacy, wine store. Easy access to a walking path on the condo property along the Yamaska river, and to an extensive network of trails and bike paths across the region.

Bromont is a year-round tourist destination located in the beautiful Eastern Townships of Quebec. The town is built around a ski/mountain bike resort that also functions as a water park in summer. Nearby are many golf courses, Balnea spa, and two lakes (Bromont and Gale). Cycle or drive to nearby vineyards on the wine route www.vindici.ca .

Conveniently only about an hour from Montreal and an hour from the United States border.
