sleeping maximum 3 with one king bed and one king single bed. Wall mounted TV, small wardrobe, desk and chair.

Private gated entry, a light and bright open plan living area with couch, chair, coffee table, small dining table, chairs, television, desk & chair. Modern kitchenette equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, frypan, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine (Nespresso) hot plate & rangehood. Please note: there is no oven for cooking.
Located at the top of the stairs is a reverse cycle air-conditioner that caters to both floors. A small, private rear courtyard with a table and chairs and a clothesline. note: there is no internal or communal laundry at this loft-style accommodation. You may request linen laundering for a small charge if your stay is 7 nights or more. A communal BBQ and outdoor setting for your use is available between apartment 20 and the front boundary.
