22 Netherby Rise is a spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachside house sleeping up to 6 guests, ideal for families. This stunning home spans multiple levels, making thoughtful use of natural light and panoramic ocean views, perfect for groups seeking an unforgettable beachside getaway.Â
Nestled in a private, dress-circle location, this home boasts uninterrupted ocean views across two levels and offers plenty of privacy behind double automatic gates. The beach stairway is just 20 meters away, leading you to the pristine sands of Sunrise Beach in a few minutes. Additionally, the charming village of Sunshine Beach, with its local restaurants, cafés, and renowned surf club, is a short stroll away. For those who enjoy boutique shopping, fine dining, and pristine beaches, Hastings Street is only a brief 10-minute drive away.
The Space
Upon entering, a large glass pivoting door frames the ocean in your line of sight. Your attention will be instantly captured by the awe-inspiring ocean views serving as a stunning backdrop to the interior space. From here, the stairs invite you up to the sleeping quarters, or you can explore the open-plan living area on the entry level.
The spacious open-plan living area features two dining rooms, an open sitting room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a large walk-in pantry and breakfast style island bench.
Glass sliding doors open onto the deck, where you can enjoy oceanfront outdoor entertaining, a large pool, and glass-edged poolside decks with sun lounges. An 8-person outdoor bar-style seating and dining area with a Weber BBQ make this space perfect for entertaining. Â
This level also includes a lounge/media room with a smart TV, study, family-sized laundry, and bathroom leading to the outdoor area. A small wholesome courtyard provides a serene space for relaxation.Â
The upper level holds the master bedroom, offering a luxurious retreat with stunning ocean views. It features a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, sitting area, and private balcony. Positioned to enjoy the amazing views east and north to wooded hillsides of the Noosa National Park, a striking white ensuite has a freestanding bath, twin vanities and a glass louvre shower - perfect for checking the surf!
Two additional bedrooms are also on this level, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, both with mirrored robes. The central sitting area holds a desk, with the main bathroom with ocean views and a built-in bath provide additional comfort.Â
