Gorgeous oceanfront beach house w/two master suites, walk to beach, AC, Firepit

Summer by the Sea is a beautiful oceanfront beach house in the heart of Sea View on the north shore of central PEI and is within easy walking distance (about 5 minutes) of a gorgeous beach!

There are 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king bed each, the third has two double beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

As you walk through the entry to the stunning arched floor to ceiling windows in the open living, dining and kitchen areas, your ocean views are everywhere! From the cozy window seats of the living room to the large harvest dining table and also the sunroom just off the kitchen…the ocean is the focus.


There are multiple spaces, 4 to be exact, for solo relaxation or gathering around at Summer by the Sea. The family room with smart TV is just off the main entry, the central living room is a great space for gathering together and creating wonderful vacation memories, the sunroom is a warm and inviting corner for your morning cuppa or a great book and the cozy loft above the kitchen is perfect for family games, ocean gazing & naps!

The main floor has two king bedrooms each with a full ensuite and large closet. One is in the east wing and the other in the west, for ultimate privacy. The full laundry and half bath are just off the main entry, (opposite the family room) and complete the main floor space. A large oceanfront deck with Adirondack chairs is accessed from the sunroom and is the perfect perch to take in amazing sunsets.

The second floor has the two additional bedrooms - one with 2 double beds and a smart TV and the other with 2 single beds. A full bathroom is between the two bedrooms and the cozy loft space is an open area at the top of the stairs with incredible ocean views, two fold out loungers, a games table and comfy floor pillows.

Summer by the Sea is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, large pantry for holiday groceries, a full-size washer and dryer, wifi, 2 smart TV’s, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a beach wagon, a propane BBQ and a bonfire pit.
