Clean and luxurious stay in Dieppe for both short and long term. Long term enjoys further discounts. Suitable for families with kids. It accomodates 2 adults and 2 kids up to 14 years for the listed price or 4 adults. Kids stay for free.Any additional adult is charged at 25$ per head per night. The property is divided into two portions, the basement which is currently occupied by an existing family and the ground floor which is listed on airbnb. As they are separate houses with a door from inside as per a picture uploaded showing a baby gate on the stairs going downstairs (kindly check), this property can easily accommodate professionals coming for work to Moncton/ Dieppe and nearby areas. It is located at 913 Chemin Melanson, Dieppe, which could be sometime a busy road during the day time. Parking is available at the property for free. However all guests are requested to park on the left side of the driveway when entering to enable other cars to be parked for our tenants. Further, guests are kindly requested to follow all the house rules to avoid issues after they leaves. You are also requested to use the heater not exceeding 22 degrees. In summer, please do turn the AC off when you are outside and when you check out. From August 10th, all guests are requested to take away their garbages when they check out, this service is not available from us anymore. Thanks you for your cooperation.

House very nice. We enjoyed our time there, we were close enough to all of the things we wanted to see. The house was not stocked with extra items so you need to be prepared to pickup some bare essentials.

House and location was excellent. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Moncton and the local attractions. We enjoyed the outside patio space for sitting in the sun and playing games. We would recommend a few extra amenities to be included with the house rental such as more coffee cups ( there was only 2 and were a group of 4). Pen and paper would be a bonus as well as a wine opener. Otherwise, highly recommend this rental.

Airport early morning pickup

We chose a location close to the airport. We enjoyed our stay and slept well in the comfortable beds. The house is lovely and super clean, I would stay again. Next time I would request extra towels and top sheets on the beds.

The house was beautiful, but not quite ready to be a rental. Basic items were not provided and made it difficult to live in. Two rolls of toilet paper for a week stay, no hairdryer, nothing but dishes in the kitchen made it difficult to cook. Awesome having a nice washer and dryer, and being on one level was wonderful for my elderly mother.The overall feel of the home was cozy, but we were not happy to find that the owners lived downstairs. We could hear everything. Their conversations, their laundry, even snoring! Very uncomfortable when we were both there.

The only suggestion that I would like to provide is to read the details of the property first then you book. I did mention there is rental in the basement. In fact they should hear your movements not you hearing then as I have never had any complaints from them from any of my short term renters.This house is currently on sales and with minimum basic requirements as you cannot also compare it to a hotel for your whole stay, you get all amenities at your disposal. Usually on such rental,all guests bring their daily stuffs for their personal usage. But thanks for your honest feedback. Unfortunately at this point, I am not able to supply anything beyond the current. Hope you understand. Have a good day.

If you have an extended stay and want to use the kitchen to prepare food, this is not the place for you. No coffee maker, measuring spoons or cups, mixing bowls nor cork screw. The beds did not have top sheets nor mattress covers. They do not have a smart tv and viewing options are limited. Although the owner answered our call for some hangers and salt and pepper promptly, I felt I did not to pester them for more items such as tea towels and pillows. The hot water tank is shared so using the nice big tub is not always guaranteed. The place is sparkling clean ( except for the beds) and location is great for one or two night stay.
