Third Bedroom has 2 King Single beds for extra comfort, reverse cycle air con and ceiling fan.
The open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area allows you all be together to share the holiday experience with a excellent well stocked kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove top, electric oven, microwave and the coffee Pod machine. BYO Pods.. Reverse Cycle Aircon in kitchen/dining as well.
Lounge area has a large smart TV with Wifi inc to laze around and catch up on your favourite shows.
Main Bathroom includes a bath with separate shower, there is a second toilet off the laundry which has the top loader washing machine, ironing board and iron.
If all this has not sold you by now we also have the large back outdoor under cover area that is surrounded by lush beautiful gardens and lawns with pull down shades for protection from the heat, wind or rain.
Outside we have the Webber Q, outdoor setting, pool table & dartboard for entertainment.
Plenty of room for your boat or trailer with undercover driveways on both sides of the house.
