This much-loved holiday home offers a relaxed coastal vibe, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces, a games room for all-ages fun, and a private heated spa for ultimate unwinding.

Room for Everyone – Sleeps Up to 9
Designed with flexibility in mind, this home is perfect for extended families or two groups holidaying together:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed – a calm, restful retreat.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds – great for kids or friends.

Bedroom 3: Single bed + bunk beds – perfect for family groups.

Bedroom 4 / Studio Room: A private space, behind the games room, includes two single beds – ideal for teens or extra guests.

Rumpus Room: Features a double bed – not a formal bedroom, but comfortable for extra guests if required.

Games Room – With a pool table converting to a table tennis table, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained.

Heated Outdoor Spa – Soak under the stars after a day at the beach.

Pet Friendly (on request) – Bring your furry family member along for the adventure.

Exciting Update Coming Soon
Plans are in place to extend the balcony into a large outdoor entertaining space with elevated views (DA pending). Construction is expected to begin later this year, with completion anticipated by summer—minimal disruption is expected for guests as the property will be blocked off over this time.

🔸 Contactless check-in/out is provided for a smooth and safe arrival.
🔸 A pre-arrival form with guest details and photo ID is required.
🔸 Guest numbers must match the booking. Extra visitors need written approval.
🔸 Linen is professionally hired – damage or unnecessary use may result in extra charges.
🔸 No parties or events allowed.
🔸 Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including balconies.
🔸 Pets allowed only at approved pet-friendly homes and may be restricted to outdoor areas.
🔸 Noise monitors and external security cameras may be in place for compliance.
🔸 ID and partial credit card details may be requested for verification.

⚠️ Additional Information
🔸 A refundable bond may be pre-authorised outside Airbnb via a secure system.
🔸 Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra guests are charged per night; reductions are non-refundable.
🔸 Children under 2 stay free.
🔸 A starter pack is provided, but guests must bring their own supplies for the remainder of the stay.
🔸 Linen is provided – please bring your own beach or pool towels.
🔸 Toiletries are limited to reduce waste. Bringing your own is encouraged.
🔸 Guests must leave the home tidy and follow check-out procedures.
🔸 Late check-outs, lockouts, or lost keys/remotes may incur additional fees.

🔸 Smoke alarms and basic fire safety features are installed in all homes.
🔸 Noise and security devices may be in use but are only reviewed if concerns are reported.
🔸 Properties are pest-treated, but native insects may still be present.
🔸 Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
🔸 Some homes are near lakes, pools, or beaches – please supervise water use.
🔸 Let us know immediately if any issues arise so we can help. Refunds are not available unless we are given a chance to resolve the issue.
🔸 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover emergencies or cancellations.
