I am pleased to introduce my HomeStay to you. Laxmi Niwas HomeStay is in my bungalow in Chembur, Mumbai and is approved by India Tourism and MTDC (only one in Mumbai). It’s ditto
like a serviced apartment.

1. FOR 2 BHK NORMAL RATE OF Rs.8000 per day for up to 4 guests. Rs. 1000 for
each additional guest. Minimum stay of three days. Special Rates for medical stay and accommodating up 20 guests for family functions (marriage etc)

2. Studio apartment on second floor of bungalow with en suite bathroom and private balcony @ Rs. 4000 per day minimum 7 days stay.

HomeStay is fully furnished with well equipped Kitchen. Bathrooms have branded utilities with diverter and pressure pump taking bath is a great pleasure.

Collector colony is well connected to all major destinations being within 40 minutes of driving. Use Monorail, local Train, BKC connector, Freeway, bus, cabs ...they all are easily accessible.

Bungalow has private parking and a lot of space. Facilities offered:
1. Power, water and gas 24 hours.
2. All rooms have ACs. TV in bed rooms for long stay non-marriage guests.
3. Kitchen has 280 litre refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove, microwave oven and water purifier in kitchen with assorted vessels and gadgets.
4. Tea, sugar, coffee, milk for initial stay will be provided.
5. Each of three bathrooms are with branded fittings and basic toiletries.
6. Private parking for four guest cars and garden.
7. Utensils, mixer, juicer, toaster etc (for longer stay guests only).
8. Includes basic house-keeping, electricity, water and gas and Wi-Fi.
9. Maid servant services available.

Compliances for ground floor HomeStay:
1. We are approved by MTDC AND India Tourism, to operate B&B / HomeStay
2. Our kitchen for use by our guests is registered with FDA. FSSAI
registration 21520034000059
3. We are registered with FRRO (for Foreigners)
4. GST is NOT applicable! The above-mentioned rates are all inclusive.
