It features a formal living and dining area as well as an informal TV room that leads out to a large private courtyard which can double as additional parking spaces.
The residence features three generous-sized bedrooms upstairs, each with built-in wardrobes and 2 with reverse cycle air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The main bedroom boasts a sizeable balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. With a full bathroom upstairs featuring a bath and separate walk-in shower, and a second bathroom downstairs, the home ensures comfort and convenience for all residents.
