The House

Enjoy over 1,800 square feet in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a beautiful outdoor space overlooking a tranquil pond and the golf course. The home is a short walk to the nearest heated community pool and jacuzzi, and the clubhouse.

The living space features plenty of natural light, golf course views, a Smart TV, fireplace and plenty of space to relax, dine or host friends and family. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, all the essential cookware for those who like to cook, outdoor dinnerware and a breakfast nook.

The primary suite features a king size bed, large ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and walk in shower, plenty of closet space and a Smart TV. The secondary suites (2) feature a king and queen bed and ample natural light adjacent to the atrium. The secondary suites share the main bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The home also includes a washer and dryer, BBQ, private outdoor dining area, Smart TV’s (2), cable, high speed internet and a two-car garage.

The Country Club

The Chaparral Country Club offers a casual club experience in a beautifully maintained and secure gated community.

The Neighborhood

The Chaparral Country Club is in the heart of Palm Desert with easy access to groceries, shopping, restaurants, hiking, theatre and more. You are close to the College of the Desert Street Fair, McCallum Theatre, Civic Centre Park and the public library. A 5-minute drive away is El Paseo, Palm Desert’s premium destination for shopping, dining and art galleries.

You are also close to several hiking trails including the Bump n’ Grind and the Cross Hiking Trail, the Living Desert Zoo and several public golf courses. The Empire Polo Club, site of the Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden are also close by.
