TENNIS: Tennis is included during your stay. there are 4 clay tennis courts right across the street from the house.

THE HOUSE: The house is has an Open concept floorplan with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a 3-car garage, this estate home has a fabulous view of the 9th green from the living area and pool deck. It's totally storm protected with electric roll-down shutters at all doors and windows. The open concept walks out with with pool and spa and the fabulous golf view makes this a rare offering. 24 x 7 attended security gate, 24 x 7 fitness center, community pool, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, full lawn maintenance, Xfinity fiber-optic cable TV, DVR, and high-speed internet.
