Welcome to Vacation Bliss on Buttermilk Bay! This charming 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath home sits right on Buttermilk Bay with access to the private association beach just a few steps from the property. Beautiful outdoor space with panoramic views of the Bay and you can see the Cape Cod Railroad Bridge right from the yard!

Waterfront vintage beach house located right on Buttermilk Bay. Comfortable home with great outdoor space, two living areas, and a private beach. Amazing views from almost every room in the house!

Enter into the home through the side door and step into the up-to-date kitchen. This well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals easily. The kitchen also has a stackable washer/dryer for easy access! Head through the kitchen and step into the open living and dining area.

The first floor has two living rooms back to back, with a glass door separating the two, which is great for groups that want to watch separate shows during the evening while still taking in the bay views!

This level also has a bedroom and half bathroom off of the kitchen.

The patio off the kitchen offers an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and a gas grill. As you head down the hill there are also Adirondack chairs, an additional table for outdoor dining, and a hammock to take in the views!

The private association beach access path is to the left of the driveway, please be sure to use this path to get down to the beach.
During high tide the tide comes right up to the seawall but during low tide you can enjoy the exposed beach.
There are 3 AC units in the property, 1 in each bedroom.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payments.
