The space:
Located just a 100 metre stroll from the beach and scenic coastal walkway, our spacious getaway offers panoramic sea views and proximity to East End Surf Club. Indulge in coastal living with boutique shopping and cafes nearby.

Inside, comfort awaits across three levels.
The ground level consists of a double garage with lift access to make moving luggage throughout the home a breeze.

The middle level includes a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining as well as access to patio and bbq area. Two bedrooms are located on this level both with wardrobes, bedside lighting and mirrors. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet completes this level.

The top level consists of a large main living area with kitchenette/ bar area. Full bathroom with jetted bath and shower, and separate toilet. Relax in the master bedroom with additional blankets available in all wardrobes and unwind in the bath after seaside adventures.

Stay connected with Free Fast WiFi and enjoy Smart TV with Netflix included. A washing machine ensures convenience. Parking is hassle-free with two garage spaces and free on-street parking.

We provide all linen and towels through a professional commercial linen service. Please note:

Included in your stay is a general cleaning service covering bathrooms and mopping. We require guests to leave the property clean and tidy, with all dishes washed or loaded into the dishwasher and turned on. Rubbish and glass is to be placed in the bins provided in the garage before departure.

The whole property is available for guest use.

Other things to note:
A partial cleaning service is included in your booking. This service covers bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping.

Before departing, we ask guests to leave the property clean and tidy. This means removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them, along with towels, in the laundry. Additionally, ensure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher. Please remember to start the dishwasher before leaving.

Failure to leave the property in a clean and tidy state may result in a full $60 cleaning fee.

Parking:
You can park in the garage on the basement level. Please open the garage doors via the two buttons located at the base of the garage stairs or on the remote. Off street parking is also available for extra guests, trailers etc.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR HEN/ STAG EVENTS TO BE HOSTED AT OUR PROPERTY.
