Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Cleanliness is very important to us. After you raised your concern, we immediately had the carpets professionally shampooed at a cost of over $400 to ensure they met our standards. Prior to your stay, we had not received any complaints regarding the carpets. Regarding the propane, we responded during your stay and provided instructions on where to find the extra propane tank. The porch table was inspected before your check-in and was in good condition. Our listing accurately states the home’s sleeping capacity, and the photos clearly show the dining and living room seating so guests can determine whether the layout meets their needs before booking. We strive to provide an accurate listing and a great experience for every guest and appreciate all feedback.
