The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are permitted.

2 Kayaks and a paddle board are available for guest use. Boats can be launched from nearby Mo's Landing, located within an easy 7 mile drive on Fort Morgan Rd., and docked at the private pier on-site at Tide-AL Retreat, which is just 3 miles from the launch site when traveling by boat. Slip has 10' width and 21' deep under roof parking. 2-3.5" water depth.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
