You’ll drive through farmlands set over rolling hills, you’ll see a distant lighthouse, and the endless blue of the Indian Ocean before Guilderton reveals itself as a hidden gem, ready to be discovered.

This stylish yet very comfortable beach house with it’s well-appointed kitchen, two spacious living rooms, separate external games room, three luxurious bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate WC’s and a large front verandah overlooking the coast, is designed for ultimate relaxation.

Everything you need is at your fingertips. The home is air-conditioned, meticulously maintained, and offers complete privacy.

A closer look –
The kitchen, located upstairs, is equipped with large fridge, high-end AEG induction cooktop, multi-function oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender, rice cooker, pie maker, sandwich maker, and all the essential cooking utensils you may require. An extra Fridge is located in the utility room.

The internal living areas, one upstairs and one down, boast large comfy sofas, smart TVs, and a range of entertainment options, from Netflix to board games.

The three bedrooms all offer stunning ocean views and are furnished with luxurious king-size beds, topped with plush mattress toppers, crisp white linens, soft pillows, and warm, sumptuous doonas.

The two downstairs bedrooms each include a Koala single sofa bed, allowing up to three guests per room. For added flexibility, one of the king beds can be split into two singles if needed. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

Apart from the sofa beds all other beds will be made up for your arrival. (Sofa bed linen is provided) When booking it is essential to let us know your bedding requirements.

The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower. 8 luxurious bath towels and hand towels will be available for use during your stay at Sandy Beach Lane. The home has 2 separate WC's (One on both leves).

A rear courtyard opening off the downstairs living, is a secure, private and leafy escape. In the morning the area is bathed in sunlight and in the afternoon is a shelter from the Fremantle Doctor breeze. It’s the ideal spot to unwind on low cushioned sofas or dine at the large dining table set under festoon and fairy lights. The courtyard also has the facilities to clean, prepare and cook your catch of the day on a hooded gas BBQ.

Off the courtyard is a laundry/utility room with washing machine and a dryer. A second large fridge in this area is perfect for keeping drinks chilled and providing easy access to refreshments and snacks without the need to head back upstairs. House fishing rods (BYO hooks, sinkers, bait) a few golf clubs, and a highchair are all kept here.

Off the laundry room is a huge games room with a pool table, foosball, lounge seating, large flat screen TV, CD player and sound system – this is the place to keep everyone of all ages entertained.

When you're not relaxing at home, there is plenty of outdoor activities in and around the local area, from golf, tennis and lawn bowls at the local country club, fishing, swimming, boating, and kayaking, to tackling the iconic Grand Dune - a must-do when in Guilderton.

And if cooking isn’t on your agenda, you have options. Enjoy dinner at the Guilderton Country Club, the Estuary Café or take an 8 minute drive back up the main road to the Moore River Brewing Company, or a 20 minute drive out of Guilderton to the Seabird Tavern to watch the sunset or make the 1 hour 20 minutes to the Lobster Shack in Cervantes, it is well worth the drive.
